Drive dedicated routes with additional regional dispatched opportunities. We are hiring for Whitesboro and Ivanhoe. The manual-transmission Volvo with a steel round-bottom end-dump trailer is staged in Whitesboro, TX. BOSK plans to add additional equipment at both Whitesboro and Ivanhoe as we grow. Discuss current equipment availability, assignment options, and expansion timing with BOSK during hiring.
A clear path beyond introductory pay
Start at $20–$25 per hour during your introductory period, with progression to $25+ per hour as you become established in the role. Your introductory rate, review timing, and progression expectations are agreed before you start.

Requirements & role details
- Class A CDL
- Ability to safely operate a manual-transmission truck for the current Volvo assignment
- End-dump driving experience
- Willingness to complete the required pre-employment screening
These are W-2 employee positions. Discuss the available schedule and benefit eligibility with BOSK during the hiring process.
